I Made the Case for LinkedIn Scheduling in 2020. They Built It in 2022.

I recently began posting regularly on LinkedIn. And when overwhelmed with thoughts and ideas, I could not post all of them together (because, engagement). I took help from third-party scheduling apps. (reference images developed through Hootsuite scheduling)

I wondered if LinkedIn could include a Schedule feature, it would help many content creators and businesses.

P.S. You can refer to the reports and links from the presentation here.

Update:

This post was written in June 2020, when scheduling LinkedIn content meant routing through third-party tools like Hootsuite. I made the case for LinkedIn to build it natively. They launched the feature in late 2022.

This post is the original thinking, published before that happened. Nothing below has been edited.
