These policies apply to the digital products and services available on yashasvishailly.com, including The One Fix, The One Look, The Playbook, and The One Job.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Name and email address, provided at checkout or when you contact us.
• For The One Look, the email address you provide, the website domain you submit, the score, and the report text shown to you.
• For The One Fix, your questionnaire responses and generated report.
• For The Playbook and The One Job, order, access, delivery, and download records.
• Payment confirmation details from our payment processors or reseller. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and IP address, used for security and aggregate analytics.

Why we collect it

• To perform our contract with you: generating reports, delivering digital products, restoring access, handling updates, and providing support.
• To follow up when you ask us to: using your One Look email submission to tell you about relevant updates or launches.
• To improve the products: analysing anonymised, aggregated response and usage patterns. Your individual answers and details are never published or shared in identifiable form.
• To meet legal obligations: retaining payment, tax, accounting, and compliance records as required by law.

How long we keep it

• Diagnostic questionnaire responses and generated reports are kept for 12 months from purchase, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time. Your report remains available at its private link during this period.
• One Look submissions are retained while needed for follow-up, product improvement, and support, unless you request deletion sooner.
• Playbook order and download records are retained while needed to provide the product, updates, and support, then deleted or anonymised.
• The One Job access and delivery records are retained while your access remains active, so we can restore your link and provide support. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
• Payment records are retained as required under applicable tax and accounting law.
• Email addresses are retained while needed for delivery and support, unless you request deletion sooner.

Who we share it with

Your information is never sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site and deliver the products:

• Razorpay, payment processing for purchases in India and rupee payments.
• Dodo Payments, global checkout, payment processing, order management, customer service, and refunds for purchases outside India.
• Brevo, delivery of reports, download links, access links, and product updates by email.
• Anthropic, the AI model used to generate The One Fix reports from your answers.
• Cloudflare, infrastructure that runs the site, checkout handoffs, product delivery flows, private report links, and The One Look scanner.
• Google Sheets and Apps Script, storage of One Look submissions.

Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its service and under its own security obligations.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data on servers outside your country. Where that happens, transfers rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards. Purchasers in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with data protection laws retain all rights those laws grant.

Your rights

You may, at any time, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data except records we must keep by law, or a machine-readable export of data you provided.

EU and UK residents additionally hold the rights granted under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

Terms and Conditions

These products are digital products intended to help founders, operators, and job seekers diagnose execution bottlenecks, use practical operating playbooks, or run a repeatable job search system.

The One Fix

1. What you get. One payment grants access to one diagnostic session and one personalised report, displayed on screen and delivered to your registered email.
2. Nature of the report. The report is generated from your answers using frameworks drawn from real operating experience. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
3. Accuracy of your inputs. The report's quality depends on the accuracy of your answers. Reports generated from inaccurate inputs are still considered delivered.
4. Intellectual property. The report is licensed to you for internal use within your company. It may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used to build a competing product without written permission. The Diagnostic's questions, frameworks, and report structure remain our property.

The Playbook

1. What you get. One payment grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased kit for yourself or your own company. Updates to a kit you have purchased are included when available.
2. Nature of the kits. The kits are informational tools provided for general guidance only, and are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
3. Intellectual property. The kits, including their questions, frameworks, scripts, and structure, remain our property. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used to build a competing product without written permission.

The One Job

1. What you get. One payment grants access to The One Job, delivered as a link on screen and to your registered email, with updates included.
2. Nature of the system. The system is built from real operating experience. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, investment, hiring, or career advice.
3. Intellectual property. The system is licensed to you for your own personal use. It may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used to build a competing product without written permission. The system's prompts, scripts, and structure remain our property.

Terms that apply to all products

1. Payment rails. Rupee payments are processed by Razorpay. Global checkout is processed by Dodo Payments, our authorised international reseller and Merchant of Record for those orders. Dodo provides customer service and handles refunds for those orders.
2. No guarantee. No guarantee is made regarding business outcomes, revenue, job offers, interviews, income, or any other result.
3. Acceptable use. Automated scraping, redistribution, resale, or attempts to extract underlying prompts, logic, or source material are prohibited.
4. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Refund Policy

• Diagnostic reports are non-refundable after generation. Once your personalised report has been generated and displayed or delivered, the purchase is final.
• The One Job is non-refundable after access delivery. Once your access link has been generated and displayed or delivered, the purchase is final.
• The Playbook is non-refundable after delivery or download. Once a kit download link has been generated, delivered, or accessed, the purchase is final.
• Technical failures are fully refundable. Where payment succeeds but you cannot access the product or never receive the report, download, or access link, contact us within 7 days. After verification we will restore access or issue a full refund, your choice.
• Duplicate charges are refunded in full.
• Change of mind. Because these are digital products delivered immediately, we are not able to refund simply for change of mind once access, report generation, or download begins, unless required by the consumer law that applies to you.

Purchasers in the EU and UK. You have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. By requesting immediate delivery or checking the consent box at checkout, you acknowledge that this withdrawal right ends once delivery, generation, access, or download begins. Absent that consent where required, delivery waits until the withdrawal period lapses.

To request a refund, email letsbuild@yashasvishailly.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number if available.

Delivery Policy

• The One Fix: after successful payment you are redirected to begin the Diagnostic. On completion, your personalised report appears on screen and a copy is sent to your registered email address.
• The Playbook: after successful payment you receive immediate access via a download link, and a copy is sent to your registered email address.
• The One Job: after successful payment your access link appears on screen and a copy is sent to your registered email address.

In rare technical situations email delivery may take up to 24 hours. No physical goods are shipped.
