When you use the Founder Execution Diagnostic, we collect your name, email address, your responses to the diagnostic questions, and basic technical information required to operate the service. This information is used to generate your report, deliver it to you, improve the diagnostic, and provide support when you write to us.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. All payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay on their secure infrastructure.
Data Sharing
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the service providers required to run the diagnostic (payment processing and email delivery), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
Your Rights
You can request access to the data we hold about you, or ask for its deletion, at any time by writing to letsbuild@yashasvishailly.com.
Terms
The Founder Execution Diagnostic costs USD $5. One payment entitles you to one report. The report is informational in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Refunds
Reports are non-refundable once generated. For technical failures, there is a 7-day window: write to us and we will either restore your access and report, or issue a full refund.
Delivery
After successful payment you are redirected immediately to the diagnostic. Your report appears on screen and is also sent to your email. In rare cases delivery can take up to 24 hours.
Currency
All payments are charged in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees depending on your card and country.
